Open Eyes

Your love I lost
somewhere along the way.
I should have saw it coming
on that fated day.

For some reason I hid
the truth deep inside.
While in my heart
the knots were tied.

I knew when I met you
the communication wasn't good.
And you never would talked
to me like you should.

But I stepped into it
with open eyes.
I guess now it shouldn't surprise me
that we're saying our goodbye's.
