Courage In That Foreign Land

It takes courage to stand and fight
In the deep dark deserts night
Fearless expressions of men so brave
The enemy's bloodshed they now crave
A cause they feel is worth fighting for
Sadam Housan will stand no more
With piercing eyes a shadowed haze
Inside his cell he sit in a daze
Lost to America he would never believe
But now for his family he must grieve
He put his sons up at all cost
I wonder now if it was worth what he lost
He must know now America will stand proud and free
With the courage displayed from the men and women in our army
I'm proud of all of take a stand
For all those soldiers in that foreign land
He must have known he'd never win
This battle with America's men.
Stand proud now of who you are
And know that home's not very far
Just look deep within your heart
America is here just as it was from the start
