Losing Your Love

I hope one day that you will see
the love we shared was special to me.
A love I thought would see us through all
but now I have to watch our love fall.

Never again will I love anyone except you,
my heart belongs to you and will always be true.
Even though we will never be together again,
never will I ever love another man.

You were my heart and my soul,
you were my bestfriend and made my world seem whole.
I thought I had found someone who would always be there,
someone to love me a lifetime to share.

But now through the tears that fall from my cheek,
I feel my world tumble as it makes me so weak.
My heart feels as if it's been pulled from my chest,
as I chock back the tears and try to rest.

But rest will not come the whole night through,
because right now I'm missing you.
I wish you were here holding me in your arms,
loving me and teasing me with your wonderful charms.

But somehow I know I'll never fell your love again,
we can't get back to that place were our love began.
When we were so happy and so much in love,
we felt like our heads were in the clouds above.

Just know that I love you and I always will,
I just wish I could have given you all this love that I feel.
But I'm not very good at making our lives fit like a glove,
and for that I now pay by losing your love.
