NIGHTMARES

your love is like roaring thunder
growing louder as it comes near.
sending chills right through my body
making my heart tremble in fear.

your love is like the lightning
flashing right before my eyes.
sending bolts of electricity
right through my very bones.

making my body scream from within
the depts of my very soul.
for it's a fear that really scares me
cause it's you I need to hold.

as I scream out in the night
from fears i do not know.
I cannot find you anywhere
for you are not there for me to hold.

as I cry from this nightmare
it's you I need to find.
from all these fears inside me
it's you I cannot find.
