My Rainbows

Will my rainbows ever again shine?
Or will this life forever be unkind?
Life should never go so wrong,
happiness to me I know belongs.
I keep watching for my rainbow and pot of gold,
but it seems I've grown far to old.
My body now giving me a fight,
sending my mind in such a fright.
I will find that rainbow once again,
and with your love is where I'll begin.
Because I know you are here just for me
and in your heart is where I'll always be.
So when I look for my rainbow today
I'll not look very far away.
Because I know I can find my rainbow in you,
and I know the love you hold inside for me is true.
