GOD SENT ME AN ANGEL
God sent me an angel
I know that angel is you.
He sent you to rescue me
from this life forever blue.
A heart so bitter and cold
from a life that has gone wrong.
Hate,sadness,hopelessness,
And then you came along.
Now my heart is filled joy,
a happiness I've never known.
A peace inside my soul,
from this love that you have shown.
If I died on this very day,
inside your heart you will know.
One special thing you did for me,
you set my heart aglow.
Deep down inside my heart I know,
God sent a special gift so true.
And that special gift I know for sure,
is that Angel I call you.
